Walked out into Manchester. Sat in St Peters Square and had a Starbucks. Green leaves on trees. Reading a book by Noam Chomsky about vulgar Marxism.
I think local conditions are everything. Everything depends upon which hill you are sat on. Local reality changes like a chimera.

Erm…. it’s a lot quieter. Manchester usually has quite a pugnacious quality but it’s a lot calmer. Managed to eat a Starbucks without being pan handled.
